It’s ok to cry Anne, let it out. It’s your heart, and it’s real and fragile and pure. It was always one of my favorite things about you, your gentle and tender heart. Motherhood is hard, you will have your moments. Give yourself grace and know that I am there with you, especially in those moments. Just imagine me holding your hand and taking those breaths with you, use me as a helper. I am here! I am your helper. Let’s do this. Let’s start this. A new journey where you come back to me and we just do this together.
